Considering that Ahsoka looks very, very strange in the scene where she attacks Anakin, I'd say that she is possessed. In a TV Guide for 2011, it states that Ahsoka is captured in an attempt to lure Anakin to the Dark Side. As we all know, this eventually happens, but not during the Clone Wars. I'm guessing that the scene we see 26 seconds into the new trailer is when she is captured. It's possible that when this attempt failed, whoever was behind the kidnapping possessed Ahsoka to just KILL Anakin instead. I have some other theories as well:
-Ahsoka had visions in Assassin, right? Well, maybe she saw Anakin's fate and tried to stop him?
-Ahsoka, like the possessed theory, was on a mission and something changed her. (We've had the Blue Shadow Virus and the Geonosian parasites) It's possible, isn't it?
Well, whatever the case, I doubt that Ahsoka will die this season. After all, Filoni and his crew have already begun work on a fifth season, so getting rid of Ahsoka would be an incredibly stupid idea. Oh well. I guess time will tell. (Hey, that rhymes!)

I personally think its Dave Filoni going on another canon fuck up rampage just so he can continue the story. We already know dave filoni just loves too screw star wars history up just so he can continue making more clone wars episodes. And the episodes get worse and worse when he does this.
This is no different, not only did anakin never have a padawan, ever. She is now going over too the dark side? I bet this is the part where Mr. Filoni is going to try and make it look like Ashoka had an influence on anakin going to the dark side so he can try and soften it up more for the little kiddies.

Fireguy,
Can you please, please take a break from all of these nasty comments. This is a cool idea and no, she is NOT going to change over to the dark side (At least for now). If this series was as crummy as you say it is, then you wouldn't watch it. Ahsoka looks super cool in her dark side form, and I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed when you see these episodes.

I just think she was possessed or controlled by this wizzard.
However, i hope she will come back to the light side again if she realy turns to the dark side.

Anon,
I will not stop voicing my opinions, the only reason I follow the series, as I have stated in previous comments, is because I do get the occasional good episode. Which are rare, but still come along sometime. And because Ive been a massive fan of Star Wars for over 6 years, so im kind of drawn too actually see what this guy does.
I dont care if you think its a cool idea, that doesn't mean I have too think its a cool idea. Trying too tell me its a cool idea doesn't do anything, I still hold my opinion that this is quite possibly the most pathetic thing he has done as of yet on this show. She looks worse on the dark side because the character is so bad and wimpy, and just shouldn't be on the dark side.
Im expecting too be disappointed when I see Ahsoka but some of the Savage Opress episodes look more interesting. Im simply commenting on Ahsoka going over too the dark side right now though.

Sorry Fireguy,
It came out a little rough the first time I said it, so I apologize. It's just that I couldn't believe that you thought this little storyline was going to be THAT bad! But, actually, I do appreciate the feedback and hearing other people's opinions, so thank you. It was just the way you said that comment: At first I thought that you completely hated the show! What I meant by "stop posting the nasty comments" is that you kept on swearing and showing only a little respect for Filoni and the crew. I would actually appreciate someone else's opinion, even if I don't agree with it. After all, I guess that anyone's free to post a comment on this site. And yes, I completely agree with you that the Savage Opress episodes will be awesome. So I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. By the way, your Youtube channel is actually quite good!

I dont completely despise the show, I am a massive skeptic of it and I never had much hope for it, but some of the few good episodes are of extremely high quality, the Kamino episodes where brilliant, Rookies was brilliant and all of the Mandalore plot episodes where brilliant.
I have hope for this Savage Opress guy, he will hopefully give the story a darker end too it. Thanks for excepting my opinion then I guess. And thanks for the compliment :D

I know that there's really no point in writing this two days before the release, but there are two completely new clips for episode 12, Nightsisters. They are both available on starwars.com. One shows Ventress' first meeting with the Nightsisters since Talzin gave her away to raiders on Rattatak. Yes people, the storyline has changed from its original state. It turns out that Ventress was not indeed born on Rattatak and instead was taken there. That's when the EU storyline starts up.
The second clip shows a brief part of an epic lightsaber battle between Ventress, Obi-Wan, and Anakin. Obi-Wan is knocked out nearly at the beginning of the fight while Anakin goes on, and even he gets stopped. I can definitely, like Sidious, feel Ventress' power in the Dark Side.

Ahsoka Tano, the Dark Side? Are you crazy? Well, sure, he tried to kill her Master, Anakin Skywalker near the end of the season. But there she was possessed. It was an attempt into trying to turn Anakin to the Dark Side, which he later did, until the father erased his memory of seeing the future while confronting the son.
But seriously, Ahsoka on the Dark Side? I don't believe Ahsoka will ever turn. In all my years of knowing characters from the Star Wars movies and cartoons, I must say that my favorite so far as been Ahsoka.
So no I don't think Ahsoka will turn to the Dark Side. I'll be dumb-struck if she does. But I don't think Anakin could bring himself to kill her. There seems to be a strong bond and relationship between them. Anakin cares too much for Ahsoka's safety so he would probably try to turn her back. That is, IF she turned.
So again, no I don't think Ahsoka will turn to the Dark Side. That's stupid and pathetic. So no.
